When America is hijacked, it's a coup. It's happening with trump's blessing and help since he doesn't have the ability to be president. It's happening right in front of the Republicans and the media...

That's the only way it can happen. The Republicans seem to think their base will primary them if they don't do trump's bidding. The conclusion is that the base needs to let those Republicans know they will primary them if they continue to do trump's bidding. Which isn't going to happen...

If Medicaid dollars are severely cut, some of those states with filial support laws may start to be enforced. There are 30 states where adult children are responsible for a parents care, including medical needs. These laws are seldom enforced...

I’m one of those unable to attend my state’s protest. Instead, I donated to a pro- democracy organization (I chose @democracydocket.com). There are ways to resist even if you can’t march!

Wouldn't it be nice to know that the elected Dems were out here fighting as hard as we are. Where are they on the President's Day protests. Or anything else we are trying to speak up about. I'm just not about to give in and accept what's going on...

I remember my first trip to Germany in 1999 when my daughter would introduce me to friends. They were so impressed and welcoming. 2005 they couldn't imagine the US electing GB, 2018 they felt sorry for us. I'm afraid to visit now. I don't know if I'd want to come back...

You said people who go to college are smarter than people who go to trade school. You said this for some kind of effect, right? I beg to differ. My 2 college educated engineer sons have always considered their tradesman father to be the smartest person they've ever known. And he sure isn't Maga...

This is a 4 Nations Tournament, teams of American, Canadian, Finnish, and a team of Swedish players. While there are Russian players in the NHL there isn't a Russian team. Your analogy wasn't entirely wrong. It was our Anthem that was booed. And I can't blame the Canadians...

Calls and emails don't seem to be very effective. How about flooding the mail rooms of senators and representatives with real letters and cards. They'd have to find somewhere other than a virtual cloud to store them. They may be read by their staff at the very least...

I don't feel one bit sorry for them. This is what they voted for. Are they calling their Republican senators and representatives. I guess not since those congress people aren't against what the Felon is doing because they fear the base will primary them...
