Yassssss dial input works. Of course there was a library made to help decode pulse dials. Wrong Arduino model for HID I discovered so waiting on a Pro Micro to come in to do numpad emulation.

If anyone wants, here are the 1:1 two sided scans of the original ID and instruction card from the phone. The phone was near an ocean so it ended up with some rust stains. I'm planning to edit these and make new novelty ID cards to replace them that match the same theme. #payphone #verizon #90s

While the keys I ordered didn't work, the Dewalt universal key worked way better than expected. The vibrations loosened all the screws and the core fell out before I was even half way through cutting it off 😅 The next payphone is now ready for disassembly and refurb.
