Is he mixing up commissars and commissaries?

I still don’t understand how carrier air wing missions work in-game. If I put the fighters on air superiority in a zone, do they show up to do CAP in the naval battle?

I don’t like the slow, gradual build up of dominance. When the fast carrier task force/Kido Butai/British Pacific fleet shows up in an area it immediately affects the balance of power there.

I hadn’t appreciated before that this story has cameos from Mark Clark and Jim Farley. I love the Zhukov-Eisenhower relationship.

I think I specialized in my chauvinism further in the PhD and have now very strong opinions on what kind of physics is exciting and worth the effort. I stopped thinking about the other fields too much.

“Former Hawaii representative horrified by US bombing of Japan” is funny to me. The fact that she is in charge of the circulation of state secrets less so. Also, what part of her job description required that trip to Hiroshima?

Did you get bombarded with the Gabbard nuclear war anxiety video already or can I do the honors?

It seems the SBB are bringing back the Basel-Lausanne train from this winter. Hurray.

I think the construction work on the Lausanne to Geneva section reduced the throughput of trains that can go through so they focus on the mainline to Zurich. I guess you could time it to do only one change in Bern.

I can’t believe you have to change in Olten and Lausanne now. We used to be a proper country, with direct service from Basel to Geneva.

There's a funny Robot Chicken skit where Imperial officers are afraid of getting killed by Vader's lightsaber so they make up the Force choke thing to be safe www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFih...

Fly, you fool. Unless you know the words "tpot" or "Sankey diagram" and they make you feel like vomiting.

Is it because the GMU twink got an orgy with the woman that doesn't bathe for manifesto-posting?

I was worried Money Stuff had permanently stopped having to write about Elon every day.

It's just a distribution problem anyway: all the chips are already on his shoulder.

There’s also very little underlying capital involved, and often no boss…

One of the opponents cited previously wrote he was scared of trains: www.surfsantamonica.com/ssm_site/the... “In addition, local decisions, such as the 2016 introduction of light rail into the heart of our Downtown significantly expanded access to Santa Monica for transient populations”

I don't cite myself often but, for your consideration:
