Lover of comics, horror and sci-fi. My life is one continuous, witty sarcasm. I see humor in all things. In the end, I'd rather laugh than cry.

I haven't read X-Men in 10 yrs. X-Men 141/142 are a different timeline now. Kitty changed history, while leaving some elements within that former timeline still possible, like mutant hunting Sentinels. I find with the X-Men nothing is ever set in stone. Their future history is always changing.

My favorite cover out of those four is X-Men 142. I've always loved John Byrne's artwork. When I told Dave Cockrum and his wife that they didn't have very kind words for him. But you cannot deny the art was simply fabulous! My favorite storyline was the Dark Phoenix Saga as well.

Fitting for Trump's cabinet picks show. Talk about irony. 😁

She reminds me of Kari Lake from Arizona. Pro-LGBTQ until she got into politics. Then she hopped on the anti-LGBTQ train.

Sorry to say but the movie was voted off the Island. LOL! I did keep Spock's Brain in the lineup tho. 😉

My Comics DNA: 1. X-Men volume 1, especially issues 94-200. My favorite run being the Dark Phoenix saga 129-137. 2. Tried TMNT -wasn't my thing. 3. Big on DC's Constantine books. Loved the short lived TV show. 4. I did get a free copy of Magnus Robot Fighter #1 (1991). I enjoyed reading that copy.

I owned these books back in the mid 80's. They were easy to get because I worked in a comic shop. These reprints were worth $5 each in mint condition. Now, they are worth hundreds depending on condition. Issues 67-93 were a low distribution run making them more desirable among collectors.

Persons that once supported a persecuted community, and then turn against them for either political or monetary gain, to me are the most contemptible individuals that have ever walked this Earth.

They have only one thing in mind, they want to force all trans persons to detransition. Can you imagine all the transmen using the women's restroom? They would freak out. That, I believe, is their end game.
