Yes, I do. I love the 7 vegetables couscous. Carrots, zucchinis, turnips, sweet potatoes, aubergines, cabbage (my fav), fresh fava beans, chickpeas, green pepper, and pumpkin. My kids love, love carameized oinions with raisin, honey, and cinnamon. For protein, I prefer lamb, fam like chicken.

For me, it is couscous. Little labourious in cleaning and peeling vegetables, but the results are always satisfying. Moroccan vegetables couscous that is.
