Likin’ the lichen found on this weekend’s hikes. Hating the people who put their dogs’ poop in plastic bags right on the trail. Hey irresponsible dog owner - I picked it up cuz I love nature more than I hate you. Signed, the cat lady who just picked up your dog’s poop.

Went to Pedalpalooza 2018 (Portland, OR) with San Jose Bike Party buddies. One of the higlights was frolicking at Mill Ends Park, declared the world's smallest park in 1971 by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Climate Ride’s first-ever Death Valley ride, 2018. I had no idea about how much the desert is beautiful and terrifying and fragile and strong. We had a legendary wind storm, woke up with ice on our tents, and were treated to otherworldly views. #climateride #bikepacking #camping

My 1st attempt to thru-hike the Tahoe Rim Trail lasted almost 4 days and about 35 miles. This was a solo, and my downfall was the loneliness. I have since tried twice, with groups. One ended due to altitude sickness, another for missing my family. Will try again. #TahoeRimTrail #Backpacking
