Question on this. Is there a good way to separate out "more extreme winter weather" meaning more extreme cold events than old baseline vs. more variability in new baseline even? I know the math is being done, but it seems harder to communicate that difference.

I only went to a handful of games at RFK, but my recollection is that enormous amounts of people rode metro. Isn't the entire point of that location that it would in no way resemble a "typical NFL parking lot"?
