He absolutely did not. A candidate running an honest election does not tell his followers that he doesn't need their votes or that once they vote they'll never have to vote again & make sly references to computers and Musk.

No sir I believe you missed the point. Trump knew he had the election in the bag as soon as August when he told people not to vote, that he had enough votes.
In other words 100% of us could have voted for Trump. It made no difference. The election was compromised before the first vote was cast.

I did too. And I very clearly remember Trump telling his audience not to vote that he had enough votes in August, and also him telling his audience they would never have to vote again if he won.
Neither one of those statements was a joke, but no action was taken.
