Step one, stop using the acronym and call it Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and suggest that anyone who opposes it, thats the position of segregation, unfairness and exclusion. "SUE."

And when you start taking classes on real history, slavery, the civil rights movement, religion, etc. Once you know something, it’s hard to un-know it. They want to create a permanent underclass for cheap labor.

Instead of "don't cut our funding," our message should be: hands off higher ed.
