They’ve finally figured out that golf and dinner date texts are just too labor intensive. Probably just trying to meet the quota to avoid the consequences.

My black GSD loafs on occasion, too. I think we’re on to something. Loafing is a pan-species phenomenon. I wish humans could loaf comfortably. It looks relaxing.

Totally valid my dude. With unlimited assess to everything as well as, conversely, very limited free time (depending on your sitch) life’s too short to spend time with sub par content.

We have a nice lil restaurant here called the Grower’s Pub that’s been in biz since the heyday of ag in the 50’s in the self-proclaimed “Salad Bowl of the World.” The bartender, a, super friendly gentleman in his 70’s, routinely plays entire sets of Dicks Picks. I love that man.

I was bopping around Shakedown b4 the show and almost got run over by Bill on his bike. He was doing his rounds, but took the time to apologize for almost running me over. He spared some time for me and we talked about the scene and had a couple of good laughs. I’ll never forget that. (2/2)

Loved the ep! More female guests please! You guys had a great rapport and did that show justice. Nice work, Justin and crew.

Yup. Even more evidence of my theory of something I don’t even know what I’m theorizing about but let’s just go with it for now

Hells yeah. Couldn’t believe they were officially releasing vault stuff at the time. Used to bump it on the way outta the lot of many shows.

Love the backstory. At least when I was still going to shows at the “new” Fillmore, in the early aughts, they were still carrying on the passing out of the posters after the shows. Got some cool ones of Smashing Pumpkins, TV on the Radio, Spoon and a few others.

#Eggy is doin’ it and doin’ it and doin’ it well. My non-yam band friend (but open-minded), whom I took to the Felton show last month, still talks about it.

They have great originals and jamming but their superpowers are surprising cover choices and impeccable segue skills. Plus, I’m biased bc I was blessed with seeing Alligator played at my first #Eggy show.

Sorry about your Mum. Mine had it pretty bad too, and the neuropathy really hit her QOL. I urge all of us 50+ to get it. An RX can override (no need if you’re immunocomped). This is US, not sure about Canada. Plus, if you’re in the US, get all your vax’s now b4 they’re outlawed (semi kidding)

Yes, Shingrix can be brutal pain and fatigue-wise. I just had pain but it sure beats getting shingles. I usually recommend getting multiple vaccines at a time but maybe not with Shingrix. I’ve done some clinics at senior living facilities and some of em are all “screw it. gimme 2 in each arm!” lol

I have one that’s my first GD show and I love it! Everyone should get one of their first or favorite show of any band!

As an aside, the opener, Tyler Ballgame, was pretty damn good. Never heard him and his band before.

That SJBE was sick as f**k. Throughout the jam, I heard a ton of GD/Jer teases (West LA, even a Blow Away but it could’ve been the edible lol). Hope it gets to Nugs soon since y’all were denied the livestream.
