Taking a break from game jamming to do a bit more Twitter cleanup. Had to dust off the ol' solo game dev studio account and set it up here on Bluesky too. Side note: domain verification for handles is super neat and easy and clever. Hi @goingloudstudios.com !

I've been out of the game-making game for too long and 'dabbling' hasn't been enough to shake off the rust. Time for a chill game jam! I'm doing itch.io/jam/godot-wi... Progress so far: a basic block breaking arcade game. The plan is to make something simple and practice adding juice 🧃

I'm (mostly) having fun learning Godot these days! My least favorite thing is figuring out if I'm misunderstanding how something works, or finding out that it isn't working as intended. But! My first reported issue just got closed: github.com/godotengine/... That's really dang cool 😎
