My interpretation was they clumsily tried to say “healthcare is much more accessible to wealthy people in this country, and consequences impact them less” which is generally true.
It’s obvious this isn’t going to be a productive conversation so I’m going to stop here. Wishing you the best.

Doctors aren’t innocent either, even if their part is largely a result of structure. They mostly get paid per-procedure so their incentive is to overprescribe procedures.
Interestingly, this puts them at odds with the hospitals they work in who execute the procedures and incur the initial cost
