I keep reading such things and want to mention applications are open in the German Lise Meitner program for excellent female scientists, who typically already have leadership experience. It is the breeding ground for future MPI directors. Maybe you can point some folks to it that may match.

Ich finde schon, zumindest wenn die Kriterien (z.B. schlechte Prognose, Rentenwunsch, halb verdeckte Abhängigkeitsstörungen, Probleme mit jüngeren TherapeutInnen) klar sind. Senkt die Anzahl von Therapieabbrüchen - habe da aus anderen Instituten die eine oder andere Horrorstory gehört

Kommt auf das Institut drauf an - manche zählen Probatorik mit, solange nicht in der Probatorik abgebrochen wurde

Wenn die 600 Therapiestunden am Ausbildungsinstitut abgeleistet werden: Gibt es genug Therapieräume? Werden PatientInnen vorselektiert? Wieviel genau wird pro Therapiestunde ausgezahlt? Wer leistet die Supervision der Therapiestunden und wie teuer ist sie?

Social media has weirdly conditioned a huge number of people to feel like they're Doing Something by posting, and Doing Nothing if they don't post about a particular thing, and in general neither of those things are true.

Die Idee des Reptiliengehirns scheint mir fest in unseren kollektiven Psycholog*innenköpfen verankert zu sein - wurde mir im Studium auch noch in einigen Vorlesungen so beigebracht…
