I am regularly horrified by everything I hear about project 2025. This seems like a reasonable response. However, the one thing I have not heard is that no one at the Heritage Foundation has been elected to do anything. They have no rights to make laws or abridge people's rights.

Never forget that Republicans could have, after 1/6/2021, made Trump go away as a candidate forever by voting to convict in his impeachment. Instead what McConnell said they wanted was for the criminal legal system to deal with it, which is how we get to where we are today
