So, I looked it up, and Shadowheart always choosing to kill her parents despite you fulfilling certain criteria was a bug that was fixed in #BG3Patch8! This video explains the bug in more detail.

Also Shadowheart voluntarily CHOSE to save her parents in the House of Grief. This has NEVER happened to me before and I don’t really have any idea how I triggered it vs. what I’ve done in other runs. I cried such happy tears 😭🖤🙌🏻 #BG3Patch8

All my photos for this scene made both characters come out out super blurry in photo mode (time to file a bug report I guess) but I finally got the graveyard scene again for the first time since September 😭🖤🙌🏻
