Wednesday workout, during lunch break. 20 minutes of work. - squats (10x3) - Maxercists (10) - pull-ups (3x4) All done slowly and in control, no swinging ;) Still owe myself a 30 minute bike ride, after work. #fitnesssky #fitover50

Workout today was a nice forty minute walk, mobility and few pull-ups. Last day of a five day fast. Do a couple a year, but this one was tough, lots of outside stress… #fitnesssky #fitover50sky
