Hehehe another Bulldog initials KK. Third one!

Notre Dame is moving on after winning Game 3 at Minnesota. The Irish won 2 league games all season in regulation, but have now won 2 in Mariucci. Coach Jeff Jackson's college career not over yet - he'll go back to his alma mater Michigan State next weekend.

stop what you’re doing & look at the estonian MP’s haircut

sad day. Their upset of #1 SCSU will always be etched in college hockey history.

Lots of end of an era things in men's college hockey as we close out the year: Retirements of coaching legends: Jeff Jackson Bob Daniels Brian Riley Mike Shafer AIC hockey ending as a DI team.

This is always the funniest day of the year, the morning absolutely sucks, but then when it’s 6pm and still light as hell out, it’s all worth it. I assume this is what having successful kids is like.

Tonight's deciding Game 3 between Holy Cross and AIC will be the last Division I game between the teams. It's officially the 123rd game in the series that dates back to Nov. 30, 1971. However, the first unofficial game was during the 1946-47 season before both programs reached varsity status.

I don’t mind changing the clocks twice a year and think it’s probably the best system we have under the circumstances.

BEVELED SPUDS!

Strange but true: NCHC teams went 2-6-1 on Senior Night this season (wins by Denver and Omaha, UMD tied).

Minnesota Duluth, making its fifth consecutive NCAA women's hockey tournament appearance, is the No. 6 seed and will play No. 11 Sacred Heart at 6 p.m. CDT on Thursday at Cornell’s Lynah Rink in Ithaca, New York.

Max Plante is very good at hockey and very fun to watch imo.

I'm crying laughing at this meme.

Thanks to Severance I remembered that I really like the band "The Cult". they have some great songs. She Sells Sanctuary is one of my favorite songs ever.

WMU can get to 57 points with a regulation win tonight. Here's the list of teams with the most NCHC points ever: SCSU 62 (2018-19) NoDak 59 (2015-16) - NCAA champs Denver 59 (2016-17) - NCAA champs NoDak 56 (2019-20) - no NCAA tournament Denver 56 (2021-22) - NCAA champs

Just the Stats: @thenchc.bsky.social NCHC reg season finale @umdmenshockey.bsky.social at SCSU Huskies. 7 and 8 seeds are on the line. UMD gets 7 seed with 1 point, SCSU needs a regulation sweep. Whichever team comes in 8th, they will play Miami in Kalamazoo (WMU host) on Wed for NCHC play-in game.

"Nelson has never steered me wrong, honey. Nelson is gold."

Bell Works, the setting of Lumon Industries in “Severance,” is now a tourist attraction, drawing fans to the architectural wonder in New Jersey.

Good good good. This brings me a little joy on what is usually pretty bleak stuff coming from out gov't

Coming to Minneapolis/St. Paul, World Juniors 2026 groups announced: Group A — United States, Germany, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland. Group B — Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland and Latvia.

🗓️On This Date: 102 Years Ago🗓️ March 7, 1923: Harvard introduced the first line change during game play in hockey history. Before that, teams would sub one player at a time or multiple players during stoppage. The shift helped Harvard defeat Yale in 3OT that day.

Making my 3rd (!) trip to St. Cloud this hockey season...we all know the drill! Probably my last UMD men's hockey games for the season. Sad.

Tariffs would totally fuck over a place like this. Probably already is with how mad Canadians are at the US.

W W W!
