At Vineland and Groveland, sure, although I get a bit of sick pleasure biking across the Hixon ped bridge (it's not bike friendly and thats OK!). If you're just headed south the ped bridge by the 94 onramp works well (although if you want to keep heaidng east crossing Hennepin there stinks)

The current area is a mess in a car, but it's actually not awful via bike with the Bryant-to-Lyndale bike/ped bridge. I have generally not liked bike/roundabout set ups (Richfield has a few, bikes are accounted for but it's not great); is there something better on tap?
