The Biden adm. with all its problems did a lot, from infrastructure, green industry, IRA price negotiation… a lot! But guys, your ability in terms of creating a narrative is Pre-K level….for that, we all will have to suffer for the next 4 years

Again, I think FDA has to make tough decisions and sometimes get it wrong when granting acc. approval But historically it has not enforced drug redraw after confirmatory studies fail to show expected results and THAT is the piece that in my view should be more rigid.

:) Sarepta does an amazing work on pt advocacy lobby... and that is not necessarily bad, if done ethically. The FDA sees the high unmet on devastating diseases like DMD... The read line in my view is when the confirmatory studies failed, and the drug stayed in the market.

I agree that Dems did a poor job. But to think that the cards are not already marked is a bit naive… Unless he says something completely outrageous (even for Trump standards) he always has the job… This is Trump party, not Republican party.

I have lived in three countries with UH… is it better than US system, agree to that BUT ——- also these countries are the ones that least support innovation… I am all pro UH, but there is no perfect solution with the incentives to wait ppl get sick, versus preventing it.

and let me guess... 99% are people of color... meanwhile, in the Trump world a white guy (Peter Hegseth) is about to be nominated despite allegations of sex assault, drunken spree, etc... Being white in America is the biggest lottery ticket of all.

One thing missing... the Healthcare industry based on treating the sick and not avoid ppl getting sick (prevention). Let’s say we could fix all the issues with the system, just due to the aging and population size, any system will fail – and that is the discussion (prevention) we lack addressing

For some reason in America people believe all regulation is detrimental…result: no regulation on drug price setting, on drug advertising, and the list goes. Over regulations is no good. No regulation in such key market is a clusterf.

Even after buying Samuel Alito, a tiny little hope this is not the old Roman Republic decay yet.

This is all about pleasing Trump and Republicans... When the most powerful people in the world (economically) abstain from their moral duty to have a positive impact, things get ugly...

Being rich should not be criminalized, however getting rich at the expense of others is not proper

Giuliani is the perfect example of what is wrong with "Justice" system in America. If any normal citizen did 1% of what he does/did - it would be rotten in jail by now.

I am new in America and am appalled on how the healthcare system is messy. But I think that is the "objective", if there was transparency there would be no way one could do that. "If you can not beat them, confuse them".
