Disturbing a lawful assembly. He was in jail for 4 hours while they searched for anything to charge him with; pathetic, especially considering that in the same chamber citizens have been removed for throwing furniture/knocking into other attendees, but they were not criminally cited. Just removed.

I kinda get it. I always like to think about these things as "What if this was coming from the other side?" The other side frequently attacks and threatens gov officials, and I definitely want it to be illegal for them to do so, and I also want the law to be applied equally.

Approaching them is not allowed for their safety. It's like how you can't walk up to the judge's bench in court. The official charge is "distrupting a lawful assmebly," and it's a misdemeanor in CA. He won't spend any time in jail and was released 4 hours later. Might get a fine, but probably not.

Locking your credit prevents anyone, including lenders, from issuing you credit, legitimate attempt or not. This will stop anyone (even you) from opening credit cards, getting loans, etc.
