He did this last time. It looks good/horrible on paper, depending on your point of view, but it was very hard to do and make money, and nothing actually happened. Previously there was a lengthy permitting process in place. Hope that’s still true

Thats exactly right. Im an early Gen X, cant tell you how many of my contemporaries should have been executive directors of organizations etc but nope, the Boomers held on until into their 70s.

Thats what gummed up the works for Gen X. Boomers wouldnt retire until in their 70s. It was quite unfair.

She didnt say they had to quit and step aside at 60, but choose a young legislator to mentor. FFS. If there was anything that ruined career opportunities and evolution and growth (whatever sector) it was Boomers not passing the mantle and retiring until they were in their 70s!!!!
