Bwaaahahahaha.
Where did you think Adolf Hitler learned about it?
It is a salute to the ultimate leader with no bounds under any law, so somewhat fitting under the MAGA Reich.

Tis true.
tRump has conned the US to believing that it is Canada paying the tariffs. Sad that 50% the US public ACTUALLY believe this.
The ones who will find out first are those building homes with lumber, finding their $100,000 building costs are now $125,000, with tRump pocketing the difference.

We loved Snodonia!
We were there in July 2024. Beyond the natural beauty of the place, the people were so nice I thought they might be Canadian :-)
Warm, welcoming, and wonderful people, make the area worth returning to.

Fries, then cheese curds, then smothered in gravy.
Tons of alternate recipes can be found on Google with interesting spices, but I like the classic ones I get when I am in Montréal.

That is 2/3 of a poutine.
All you need is cheese curds and you are good to go.

He could also be a bit of a jerk. He cancelled the Avro Arrow project and was very vocal opposing the new flag (our Maple Leaf).

Canada is more of a mosaic than a melting pot in my experience. Individual cultures still alive and well, adding to the overall strength of our nation (sure, call me Pollyana, but It is my experience).

Don't overlok the incredible Mexican firefighters, who will go anywhere in North and Central America to save lives and forests.

I haven't been in Wyoming since 2009.
Sorry, not me.

The Mexican firefighters are AMAZING. They came to BC and worked shoulder to shoulder with Canadian firefighters when we needed them the most.
Much respect to these heroes.

I miss The Adventures of Tintin.
It helped me learn French in the 1960's/70's
