Ya if I remember correctly (someone is more than welcome to let me know I am wrong) the driver for the GC adapter is in the Smash code not the Wii U's firmware.

Legit I think Insomniac is a better platformer dev than a shooter dev. The Resistance games were fun but just never felt as tight as even some of the weaker traditional Ratchet and Clank games. Also for everyone Spiderman is a platforming game with other elements.

They always seem to also "re-release" these games so they always seem to be on the new releases page of the eShop as well. That or there are like 85 bajillion "hentai wifu" games on the eShop.

Picked these up the other day and I 100% agree. The peanut butter over the whole cracker then just embossed in chocolate is the way to go. They also have Reese's puffs big cups now (puffs in the PB in a Reese's cup)
