this does not mean the fight for online free expression and privacy is "over" or anything like that.
It just means what we already knew: the courts are not gonna save us. We have to build a mass movement against false idea that censorship and surveillance makes kids (and everyone else) safer.

Now, progressive lawmakers who claim to support LGBTQ rights will have no excuse if they continue supporting dangerous legislation that would enable the Trump administration's attacks on trans and queer people's safety, rights health care and expression.
