Maybe he “didn’t hit enough homers” lol

It’s a little uneven, but if you like neo noir movies, definitely worth a watch

Fuck it, let’s sign Flaherty too 🤣

Though they clearly don't need him, it would be supremely entertaining for the Dodgers to have both Ha-Seoung and Hye-Song Kim on the team, confusing the shit out of everbody.

With no Farhan in sight, can’t wait for Buster Posey to blame this on homeless people.

How about we get Bellinger to play CF and move Edman to short?
comment in response to post
Would love Robert, obviously. It would take a haul, though.

likely *worse* offensive player, sorry
comment in response to post
Yeah, he also probably ages better long term as an infielder.

Ha-Seong Kim, maybe? Or you get a star and someone loses their roster spot.
comment in response to post
I would still expect them to acquire a likely offensive player who's very good at SS or CF, even if he's playing part time.

Yeah, maybe this is a simplistic way to think about it, but with limited roster spots I think Betts is maximized at 2B or RF. Is Conforto enough better than Rojas offensively to be a net positive? Probably, defense is harder to quantify.
comment in response to post
Not to be productive overall, but I see it as a defensive downgrade at both RF and SS.

Maybe Mookie can become an elite shortstop, but that's a huge ask and doesn't strike me as a Plan A.
comment in response to post
But Lux doesn't have much of a position on that team if 2B isn't open.
comment in response to post
That's why I was so surprised that they committed Mookie to infield. I'm guessing 2B is the better position for him, since Edman and Rojas seemed clearly superior defensively at SS.
comment in response to post
Yes, and I’m hoping the other is better than Betts at SS or Pages at CF.
comment in response to post
Assuming they resign Teoscar, I just hope they get a good defensive CF/SS.
comment in response to post
There has to be other moves, otherwise this makes no sense to me.
comment in response to post
But Conforto has reverse splits, and both Teoscar and Pages are righties. So who is he platooning for?
comment in response to post
But Conforto/Pages/Teoscar is a pretty bad defensive outfield, right?

Ebay, my brother

That dude is seriously on tilt

I like it bc it usually means the poster is trying to be just as active on bsky.

I often think of the show’s abrupt shift in opening theme music from “bouncy Broadway number” to “dark, introspective Adult Contmporary.”
