I used to have a t-shirt in Papuan pigin "lewa e burok" - liver he's broken - meaning heartbroken. I thought it was relatively common to place love in the liver.

Wish more people would avoid using the companies which benefit the likes of Musk and Bezos.

From a lay view, I'd be surprised (and disappointed) if countries like Britain shared all the information not just for US partisan concerns but for their own national security given how gung ho the orange one appears to be. Now excuse me while I put my head in a bucket for 4 years.

Ah, if I'd paid attention I'd've noticed the writing is Korean. Quite different. Not to mention it being pertinent to the news story.

Is it a Japanese thing? Sake's like that. And your neighbour (at the table) keeps topping you up.

People with that level of wealth are driven, in other words they want it too much to be happy with what they have. They have to be driven (needy) for more all the time. It's often psychopathy.

I've stopped using Amazon. It felt less convenient to begin with but it's no problem now and I certainly don't mind paying a little bit more for delivery.

More people should be making noise about not using Amazon (and subs like Audible), too.

Chocolate is from a plant and everyone knows that eating plants leads to weight loss and is super-healthy. It isn't news.

This might be too historical for your interest but we were allowed to study one unit in a different department when I was at college and I had a friend in the geog dept so I did it, highly recommend the book - the prof's other work is worth looking up too www.routledge.com/Wine-and-the...

But the Left support autogynophile male offenders (who are disproportionately sex offenders) in female prisons.

It's wrong on so many levels but I'll just leave it at stupid.

You're suggesting people - including idiots - punch whom they decide to be Nazis. Yeah that's not as big or clever as you seem to think it is.

It might be (probably is) that her politics is awful, but please George don't start on the "bathroom" stuff. It isn't "just" about bathrooms, and the Left have it wrong on this. You're joining in with the criticism of a raped woman objecting to males in female previously-safe spaces. Not clever.

It's the one thing the Left have wrong. It isn't "just" about bathrooms, and too many people virtue signal and make snarky comments rather than do any research. What's behind it is gender ideology which is misogynistic, homophobic and pisses away safeguards, for kids too.
