I should have specified a little better, I'm running mono blue in MTGA. The deck consists of the 2nd card draw mechanic, so even on the opponents turn, I'm getting two card draw. Thoughts?

I might need to look up extort cards. I'm running Elenda right now, the original one from Ixalan, but I also am building Strefan, Maurer Progenitor. Figured I'd put both together under Markov.
