Agh that whole encounter sucks ;_; I'd still try to chase after them for damages. Mostly for the stress/principle, but it also could have shortened the life of anything it touched (gunk in air vents, corrosion, etc).
Super glad it's working in the meantime though!!

Did manage to get a good vid of mine!
We kinda gave the rest away before getting pics (we were in a rush to get to the con) but if any of our roomies wanna share pics please do, I really like how they turned out ^^
(Also sneak peek at our kitchen)

Very cool. I've started making some acrylic stuff, and am gonna try for some tumblers and shot glasses soon. They're super fun to work with, though admittedly I wish I had more excuses to use mine other than "ooh that sounds neat!"

Ooh nice, looks like an Omtech? What wattage are you working with?

This feels related to something I've noticed; my "following" tab is largely sfw, shitposts, and text stuff. Probably only like 15% NSFW, at most. But the "popular with friends" tab is pretty dang horny, like at least 50/50.
This probably says something about society but I have no idea what.

I'm also always curious about how many folks *enjoy* the NSFW stuff, but don't engage with it as much because they're nervous about having it on their page for whatever reason.

Ugh, I hate when that happens. Sometimes it's from not making a big enough hole in the top, but half the time it seems like it's just a defective tube and can't be predicted/avoided. Sucks when the caulk gets into the workings of the gun and ruins it.

What gets me is that the logo itself *is* a glass, maybe a stemless champagne flute? And they don't even offer that style of glass. But hey, you can get that colorful, artistic logo... As a sticker on a plain white shot glass!
Looks more like redbubble than an official merch shop.

Glossing over a *lot* of details here, for sure. But while I regret taking so long to get involved in the fandom, I loved the journey all the same.

Ever since, been going to like 5 furry cons a year (minus covid era), and met more and more good friends. Got a great social circle here, and I'm looking for even more ways to get further involved in the fandom. Wouldn't trade what I've got now for the world.

But each individual book is super easy to read; the original books were like 150 pages each, but with relatively huge font/formatting. So the series is easy to chip away at, at least.

If you don't mind reading on screens, rumor (via the author) is that the publisher is fine with PDFs/ebooks being shared, since they weren't in publication anymore. There's a ton out there.
But in terms of volume... Yeah, it's not small. By word count it's like triple the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

(wait for the protein you gotta add nuts too. Forgot that part. I'm partial to shredded almonds.)

I don't like croutons; always feels like they're too solid. So I say look for tortilla strips instead, they're way better.
Otherwise baby tomatoes, shredded carrots, and any dressing you like. Bit of crunch, bit of protein, and the different colors look pretty so your brain likes it more.

I know they make weighted vests for exercising, I've used those in the past and they come *close* to that weighted blanket feeling if they're snug. But I fully agree, would buy a 15-lb hoodie if one existed.

Eyy, congrats on 1k! ^^ glad to have found your stuff!
I've been wanting more of this little tinkerer, and I feel like he'd fit your style super well ^^ but either way love your stuff and happy to see more!
