I don't see a problem for smaller artists/bands who use ai for their covers, most of the time they don't have the budget to afford an artist who can make a decent artwork. But I agree, the companies scraping for copyrighted content should be blamed.

Hey that's great! It's a long journey and it needs to be sustainable, so walking more is the best thing you can do to in a diet. It's also important to eat enough protein or your body will burn the muscle with the fat, like it happened to me the first time I lost 40ish kilos. Keep going man!

The thing that works for me is thinking I'm close to a deadline so I'm pushed by fear of missing it. If that is not a possibility, I just pretend I'm "on" while my brain is moving fast as sloth.

It would be interesting, I agree. I used to check their design blog which was updated with new articles quite often but it is now dead, I'm unsure if most of the team changed or if they had to prioritize other work. I'd love to peek behind the curtain 😄

I remember years ago in my design team we were often using Spotify as an example of how to do well certain elements, now we still use it as an example, but on what to avoid.

I've been using for more than a year after switching from lifesum and I couldn't go back. Less clutter and useless stuff, and it regulates well how many calories you need, I've been seeing much better progress. Pricy but worth it in my opinion.
