We need to be clear on the risk that American president Trump poses to Ukraine and Europe. It's not for Trump to do any negotiating with Putin. We should be condemning his attempt to sideline Europe and the rest of Nato, not approving of it. Trump is more of a threat than Putin right now.

Interesting isn't it? To start with I was puzzled since the sovereignty thing is no longer an issue. We make our laws. Not that we ever didn't...

A bit rich coming from an immigrant whose mother came here to give birth.

What should the British public be most concerned about (if our media allowed it)? 1. Brexit & UK isolation. 2. The demise of the USA & NATO. 3. Russian interference in elections. 4. War crimes & US interference in Ukraine & Gaza. 5. The climate crisis & global displacement. 6. Wealth inequality.

Agree there’s a real thing there, albeit pretty fuzzy but nobody talking about defending it really means renaissance art or architecture, Greek philosophy or Newtonian physics, much though they might reference those things. They mean hating and othering.

You mean to reduce the "interest" payments they make to people who voluntarily took money out of the circulation, so that the government could continue to support vital services by injecting new money? Because the government is unwilling to tax the rich to withdraw that money directly.

Seems amazing that the government want to have direct access to benefit claimants bank accounts but don't think the same for the tax dodging rich. Now, why could that be. Give me a minute 🤔
