Very likely as British jets were scrambled to intercept Iranian drones.

To be fair, Newsnight is trying to do their bit… that’s why their budget and time was drastically cut.

Yeah, but they said let’s do Brexit to cut burocracy…

The moderators can stop the viewer there and then and tell them: look, we don’t have too much oil left, please watch this BBC analysis on iPlayer on the subject. Because the subject was net zero and the “cost” of net zero…

Funny how those regulations just happen to be used in Britain alone… and Britain allows other jurisdiction to make laws to apply to their young men who are easy victims to gambling addiction.

According to Romanian media, several Romanian families subject to racist attacks escaped to Romania, including a mother (working in Northern Ireland for 10 years) with 2 young daughters, aged 2 and 5. This is very serious. I can provide link if required.

Whatever works for people in that area should be welcome. San Marino for example is an independent country, UN member, not an EU country… and is not (yet) even part of the EU single market. But it has a customs union with the EU, de facto part of Schengen and its currency is the Euro.

Fun fact: there are separate customs rules for certain EU proper territories with difficult geography (such as Livigno, Italy, on the border with Switzerland); or even part of other countries (such as Switzerland for German and Italian exclaves) customs areas.

I suspect Reform would top this one…

It was tactical voting from LibDems to Labour, not from Greens to Labour, on the contrary.

The social security taxes will probably mirror the scheme Switzerland has with Italy for example for Italian workers in Switzerland but who live in Italy (going to Italian hospitals and kids in Italian schools).

And is a very good deal for Spain. Gibraltar will enter into a customs union with the EU and in this process will apply proper taxes and VAT on cigarettes for example (which was always a big smuggling issue) and will transfer social security taxes to Spain for Spanish workers.

I forgot about Cleverly, is he still in politics?

Indeed, very good. But it looks like it’s so much to do!

Sure But as a data point, U.K. was producing more cars in 1997 than China

That’s salary inflation most likely. But Netherlands is a good example of real worker productivity increase as it became the leading the facto economic capital of the EU post Brexit with many pan EU companies conducting pan EU business from the Netherlands

There are two ways to have growth: 1. Grow the productivity per worker: so more infrastructure investment, more investments in skills and better access to other markets (and yes, joining the EU will boost productivity by 4% 2. Increase number of workers… but we are losing jobs due to higher taxes

That’s that But also the decline is due to much lower activity in the real estate sector as stamp duties went up on 1st April

True But it is an own goal as companies need to reduce costs and office costs is a non essential cost.

Farage already did. These hate crimes are a consequence of Farage’s racism that he doesn’t want Romanian neighbours.

There are maybe 7,000 Romanians in Northern Ireland, the vast majority working in factories and fields where local workforce doesn’t want to. Many are returning home anyway as there are good job opportunities there. As a fact: the economy of Bucharest, the Romanian capital, is twice as big as NI

Also remember the right wing in Northern Ireland is funded by extremist US based organisations.

This is an open goal! Very good

75% of U.K. gambling industry is conducted from Gibraltar. You don’t see an issue with this?
