LOL… can I live in Vancouver?

Good luck. We’re not even sure what’s going on :)

And it’s not a business. Efficiency isn’t everything. So tired of this.

You gotta be kidding me. I thought better of you. Extorting all of our allies/friends makes us no better than Russia or China.

Gotta admit I wondered about that as well.

Heh… but that is what everyone thinks of :) ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

I’m all for that drive, I’m just saying that there isn’t much of a point in using them if I have to constantly verify (isn’t it supposed to be teaching me?). We’re not to the point where kids can use them for high school or college. That will IMO be the the rubber stamp.

Kind of the point. The uneducated aren't educated enough to know how to deal with inaccuracies. You still need to know how to ask it questions properly. I'm assuming you took time to tune those 900 API calls? Most people are not going to be using APIs, they're going to be using chat bots.

I agree with your take on AI. Way overblown. I just can't imagine comparing Musk to Cuban. Then again, with everything going on I wouldn't name my dog after Musk. I just felt it was a bit harsh.

Wowwww… okay. You considered that an attack? Come on man.

LOL… sheesh. There are worse people out there than Mark Cuban.

Yeah, the what's possible vs what will be caught by detection and then if human's will do anything with that alert are very different things.

My take has always been that you harden with the goal of forcing the attacker to be loud (caught/found) or go after an easier target. Also, I disabled AV today to run a tool and steal NT hashes from memory today. Still don’t know if that’s tampering or bypassing *shrug*

The parties on both sides are too fractured and the election while a solid win was still by low margins. There will be another election.

“Get over it”, yeah I don’t see Americans doing that. I would be shocked if this doesn’t cause them to lose the next election. Carville’s classic line, “It’s the economy stupid” comes to mind. If Americans were angry about sticky inflation already they’re in for a shock with tariffs.
