Learned to use the clippers on my own head over a decade ago. Not bald. Nothing fancy but looks good and it's free. I still don't use scissors.

Do teams set their own schedules? In-part? I think they schedule some bad teams to pad their record, no? If this is how it works then that's my issue with record method.

I do see a potential issue with this, where whoever manages the list can later add unrelated people they want blocked that others may not, and they probably wouldn't know unless the audited the list periodically, which will probably rarely happen.
