Reddit was down at the same time. The deep state strikes again!

3/3 Grows in a way that isn't built from marketing but word of mouth. We get readership not from "grow lists" but from serendipity. It's a want for how it was 20 years ago. Maybe it's an outdated concept but it's my wish to return to that place.
Enjoy. Glad to see you. Hope you have a nice day.

2/3 It was filled with people complaining about Twitter and Elon Musk. We get it, you don't like him. Great, but it doesn't make compelling discussion.
Now 7mo away, and more Twitterers moved over to BlueSky. The "elon bad" stuff is going away, which is good.
I truly hope this place is organic.

the initial polio vaccine has a lower efficacy rate than the first covid-19 vaccines. It's still wonderful and won a Nobel Prize. I never understood antivaxers and never will.

I guess I'm missing why it was ok to have kids at those shows? Adults watching it, no problem.

It's like asking about why level 1 trauma ERs have a higher rate of death than lower level ERs.
You are indeed correct it's a long shot.

Trump's statement has a real "Billie Jean" vibe.

If it wasn't a Trump atty, would a client usually pull them aside and ask, "what the fuck is wrong with you?"

I don't disagree fundamentally with you and not sure you get that. The false "beheading 100 babies" narrative from this weekend tends to make me hesitant to jump to conclusions about this.
If I thought you were full of shit and just a troll I would have muted or blocked you a few comments ago.

I'm legitimately watching and reading more from what you sent me. But it comes off a tad disingenuous when you're sniping at me for saying we should all question what we've been fed.
I'm mature enough to give you the benefit of the doubt, how about you? Or should we continue acting this is Reddit?

Question it all. The narrative you're pushing and the narrative from others. It's part of reexamining your reasoning

no, it was free. we moved to different platforms to escape advertising until we couldn't. Even Twitter started out sans advertisers. Was fun until everyone used it as their own personal PR feed.

I used Sling for about a year and stopped when it failed badly during a season premier. It's been a while so hopefully their service improved.
I'm paying for Hulu and Prime but also using Pluto and can also get live football on YouTube, so it's all around that same $40-60 price point.
