Another beautiful day sunbathing. Said it was only going to be 17 degrees. Still scorching outside. Nothing beats a few hours lay down in the garden, bottle of chilled water and some tunes. So peaceful. Got a really good colour now 🏖️🍻

I've been so distracted over last 10 swim sessions. I said a few weeks ago I'd never be so stupid as to swim a mile - 64 lengths in 1 session. Guess who broke his 1 mile cherry today? Fucking pleased as punch for that. Rachel wasn't there. No distractions. 64 lengths in 78 mins 💪
