You are not a war time minority leader. Resign and let the caucus choose someone else to fight because you are not. Durbin should also resign his position since he's doing nothing as well. This country could devolve into chaos, and you would be insistent on following regular order in the Senate.

Fine. Tear it down. Blue states will create their own functional governments and red states will turn into the Road Warrior or Parable of the Sower. There will be a full blown brain drain and another great migration. Blue states will succeed and red states will just slowly die.
