... - to discover there *are* AI images used. Would not have purchased if that was said. (I believe, from the interaction it was a poorly briefed person on the stall, not someone lying so I'd buy it.)

Kinda thinking both about maker/player communities (what you've said makes total sense/is my general experience), but also maker/maker communities and the q of 'how do you forge spaces that feel genuinely supportive in v competitive industries?'

Right now there are so many games I want to make, but also what feels like a big pull is carving out community spaces. Which makes sense - that was, in a way, the first driver of Adventurers Wanted. It was the reason for Interactive Soup. Letting my mind wander re the what and the how right now

I have a long list of blogs I'm working on (inc theme park queue/ride design, how amazing Dutch escape rooms are, thoughts on community from A Maze festival, design-as-context, etc) but those are led by what fascinates me - and I don't want to miss topics others would be really keen to hear about
