My fiancĆ© is a Canadian citizen but he was born in Indian so he obviously looks Indian which shouldnāt matter at all. They sent our case to Mumbai in error despite us saying Montreal on the app. Heās Canadian! He had to renounce his Indian citizenship to do become Canadian. It got ridiculous!
