🔹 Fair representation: We want to ensure that our bargaining unit expands to include all employees who should properly be members of the Union.

🔹A voice for workers: Union members deserve a formal role in the performance evaluations of their managers and senior executives.

🔹Reasonable safeguards around AI: We're demanding that management agree not to replace bargaining unit work with AI. Workers must have an equal say in any AI implementation to prevent the ethical, labor, and editorial disasters that have impacted other media outlets.

For our lowest paid members, this contract will be life-changing, lifting the salary floor by $14,000 to $69K. And our members will see a 17% average wage increase over the life of the contract.
