This regime is flooding us with insults and attacks. It is not infinite - we can, in fact, keep track of it, and we can use that information to protect our science and each other.

People want leaders who see the horrors theyāre seeing and feel the fear theyāre feeling, not ones who shush them or say āWe canāt swing at every pitch,ā effectively making the terrified and furious base out as the crazy ones. To be a Dem voter right now is to feel gaslighted by your own leaders.

What do the residents say would make their lives (work or home!) easier?

Congress can withhold funds. Congress can launch investigations. Congress can file amici in the many court cases. Congress can impeach. But that requires Congress to care, & Republicans in Congress have not cared about their jobs or their institution in my lifetime
