People need to understand that the mainstream corporate news outlets are all just propaganda. That includes local affiliates. The propaganda has different levels of intensity, it isn't all going to look like Fox or Newsmax, but they give the government, even this one, legitimacy

A couple of months ago Mamdani was behind by like 20 points. This is a good poll!

You are almost as responsible as the fascists themselves for the moment we find ourselves in. You are not welcome to speak.

My fear today, and it's one that at least one Holocaust historian I know has expressed to me, is that Israeli society is more primed than ever to accept a final solution to the Palestinian question in Gaza.
We cannot pretend not to know. It is being done out in the open.

Maybe if you had got those 2,500 people, most of whom live in California and New York, to vote for Kamala Harris, uhhh… well she still would have lost, and I’d still be punching left, but either way you are personally responsible

I wonder if the WSJ Editorial Board will say Zohran Mamdani has a mandate if he wins and freezes the rent

The people of Los Angeles are very clearly telling Trump he does NOT have a fucking mandate

Who the fuck decided Trump has a mandate?

Saying this stuff is what helps Trump. Focus on why the protestors are there in the first place: their neighbors are being violently kidnapped by ICE

It’s good and healthy to curate your social media experience exactly the way you want it. For lots of people that means eliminating awful and annoying people from the timeline. That’s why I have you muted.

She can’t imagine that I simply do not care about conservative perspectives. I know what their perspective and world view is. It’s dumb and often just evil. I don’t need to read about it when I’m wasting time on social media. I don’t fucking care!

Consistently the dumbest voice in punditry, and there is some stiff competition in that space

Can’t wait to hear 30 days of pundits condemning a protestor for tipping over a garbage can while ICE uses stun grenades on toddlers

What the fuck are you talking about? The driver trapped the guy by speeding up until he fell over and hit the back of his head on the street. I’d be shocked if he doesn’t have permanent brain damage. This is 100% on the driver.

We all know reddit, and that subreddit in particular is full of fascist booklickers, but holy the replies there are a dumpster fire

yes! I’m always saying this! This is why Ukraine should put down their weapons and march into Moscow, peacefully!

The police are the ones enacting the violence on protestors bud

Somehow these guys never have time to condemn police violence against protestors

Again, responsive emergent protest is not deeply organized or able to patrol its membership.
Demanding Civil Rights Era demonstration discipline off a random crowd off the street is setting the stage for demonization of the "riot" and narratively empowering its suppressors
