It’s like this: Law firms use the word KITTY in all caps in their standard legal docs, so it’s easy to find and replace the PLACEHOLDER word with the client’s name. SocSec uses a ridiculous “birthday” in 1875 as a PLACEHOLDER when a birthday is unclear. To find and correct later. Duh, Elon, duh.
