This week, there were 7 confirmation votes in the Senate. And after millions and millions of people showed up over the weekend at #HandsOff events around the world, 18 Democrats joined with Republicans to confirm 5 of those nominees. Someone explain it to me like I'm 5.

In the Nuremberg judges trial, the judges who helped grease the wheels of Nazi atrocities argued that they were just applying the horrific law, and should not be held accountable. Roberts, Gorsuch, Alito, Kavanaugh, and Thomas don’t even have that excuse. They’re making up their own horrific law.

A little while ago, my parents' cat Bridget went missing. As the weeks dragged on, they became extremely worried. My dad devised a way to distract himself: he began to paint Bridget's adventures, imagining her travelling through time and popping up in some of art and music's most iconic scenes.

4 years of lying to US about the state of the economy (telling US it sucked when it rocked), combined with amplifying Trump’s lies about his policies (saying there were pro-working families when they were not), and now this: economy was great under Biden & Trump is ruining it! NYT is vile.
