So much of tech seems to be copying from artists and slap a ™ on it

You made me realize that the MCU is the current equivalent to Leni Riefenstahl's Olympia

Fascism is an aesthetic first and an ideology later, the most they can agree on is violence and a profound hatred of whatever they consider "the left"

I've been told so before! I guess I should stop wasting time and design a deck :) Might even use it for an RPG

I was watching the 90s version of The Mummy last weekend and I was shocked by how much competent it was than modern equivalents. Surely I'm not immune to nostalgia, but the pacing and the way it communicates what you need to know about each character was very precise and well done

You just described all my gripes with Bethesda's Fallout. I recently even compared FO3 to The Force Awakens to a friend who never played a non bethesda Fallout and the damage it did to the series to follow the surface aesthetic of FO1 instead of the themes and tone

Resources and the good will of the townsfolk should (mostly) be a reward for players leaving the place better than they found it. Tomorrow I'll post some more about this, it helps me get my thoughts organized

I imagine the average session to be about the players arriving to a new town to stop and rest, restock on food, medicine, etc.. before moving on. Towns are ailling too as a consequence of the war, so they might not be too keen on strangers or sharing their resources

Originally I tried to make the game I wanted to be playing when I was DMing DnD with my personal setting. Realized that it was huge in scope (and the setting was not very interesting TBH) so I decided to focus on a small part of the world.

I've been unemolployed for over a year and a half now, a few months ago I started using that awful site and all I see are the same kind of videos my aunt would share in Facebook but with a wall of text explaining what you could learn as a CEO from the puppy barking at his own shadow. Truly madening

Nice! Really loving that background and the texture around the wrists and ankles!
