Update: Divinity's weaken (15%) is currently overriding Particle Reconstruction's debuff (27.6%). 🚨 Do not use the two in tandem with Fusions/LFRs otherwise you will lower your damage! 🚨 Thanks to 360GameTV and Sage for the heads up. Video: youtu.be/tC5924ZcMqg

Can confirm all of the Particle Reconstruction issues below have been fixed, including Arbalest, Jotunn's burn, Vex's LFR mode, and Chill Clip not correctly applying Particle. Particle also no longer stacks with Weakens, and 30% debuffs do correctly take priority.

What buffs does Zoetic Lockset take? In general very similar to atraks (both clones): www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OMC... Empowering buffs work. Surges don't. Most debuffs do not work (undermining and artifact mods work). The 16% from the artifact was just some stray extra dmg.
