Our rental agreement also says they’re “obligated” to ensure we have heating and hot water from Oct to April, yet we had 20 days in Oct, Nov, Dec without both. So I said if they want to quibble over this then I’m happy to have our lawyers take their contractual failures into consideration too.

There’s a tiny, gorgeous cocktail bar called Gem that’s fab. The owner Tommy is a friend of mine. It’s located beside some of the bigger gay bars but hidden away so it’s more intimate with good music and fantastic mock/cocktails.
I go every time I’m in Berlin.
