In case you're wondering how a goddamn ALABAMAN grand jury decided to suggest closing a police dept, it's because the cops were drug dealers getting high on their own supply, until one of them died overdosing on a mix of "fentanyl, gabapentin, diazepam, amphetamine, carisoprodol and methocarbamol."
