It’s worth noting that Amazon makes a significant chunk of change off of server hosting, which as a consumer you will never see directly, but still feed into. Maybe also give yourself a mental health day from the internet as well (as much as you’re able, ymmv).

One of the most constant rituals in my life since I became an adult has been lighting candles to separate time. Friday nights to separate שבת from the rest of the week, the night a holiday begins to separate it from the rest of the year. I started with 2, and added a third when Monster was born.

Another tough news day for #autistic people, with the confirmation hearing for RFK Jr. In addition to anti-vaxx, he’s attacking both SSRIs & #ADHD medication. He wants to cut millions of Americans off our medications bc he, a man with no medical training, doesn’t believe ADHD & depression are real.
