I got FB jailed a few times for reposting facts about Gaza that they had allowed on IG. There’s no consistency or logic to their “moderation” other than avoiding insults to the orange menace.

Same, both my parents were cancer researchers who died of rare cancers that still don’t have cures. My life was saved by research done at the cancer research center where I worked for almost 20 years. It’s personal.

I worked at Fred Hutch Cancer Center for 18 years (many of them managing federal grants and contracts for a clinical research program). Indirect costs pay for all the costs of maintaining facilities, keeping the lights on, the equipment running, and support staff employed. (2/3)
