This is one for my neurospicy friends, I hear therapists and counselors say "you have to FEEL your feelings". My interpretation of the colloquial definition is that you should notice the sensations of the feeling you're having. Tightness, pressure, tingling, etc. I think 1/🧵 #ADHD #AuDHD #autism

To make up for missing Caturday here's R'Saad. He was found abandoned and nearly toothless, the vet thought he might make it a couple more weeks so we set out to give him the best last few weeks possible. Fast forward 4+ months and he seems to have decided to stick around for a while. 😻

Today at the protest I was asked "why are you here today?" I AuDHD panicked and gave an honest but lame answer. I protest because people shouldn't have to live in fear for being who they are. Trans people, immigrants, Gazans, women, autistics, and all the other scapegoats deserve freedom.
